(一)奮力拼(pin)搏,各項指標穩(wen)步提升
2007年,公(gong)司在全體干部員工(gong)(gong)的(de)(de)努力下(xia),奮(fen)力拼搏,順(shun)利完成集團下(xia)達(da)的(de)(de)各(ge)項任務指標(biao)(biao),并創(chuang)出省標(biao)(biao)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)6個(ge)(ge)(ge),省優(you)質(zhi)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)1個(ge)(ge)(ge),省優(you)良工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)1個(ge)(ge)(ge),省用戶滿(man)意工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)1個(ge)(ge)(ge),地級優(you)質(zhi)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)4個(ge)(ge)(ge),地級標(biao)(biao)化工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)5個(ge)(ge)(ge)。公(gong)司先(xian)(xian)(xian)后榮(rong)(rong)獲全國(guo)誠(cheng)信建設優(you)秀(xiu)(xiu)施工(gong)(gong)企(qi)(qi)業(ye)、中(zhong)國(guo)建設行業(ye)誠(cheng)信企(qi)(qi)業(ye)、浙(zhe)江省先(xian)(xian)(xian)進(jin)建筑(zhu)業(ye)企(qi)(qi)業(ye)、浙(zhe)江省進(jin)贛施工(gong)(gong)創(chuang)優(you)先(xian)(xian)(xian)進(jin)企(qi)(qi)業(ye)、東(dong)陽(yang)市(shi)“十強”建筑(zhu)企(qi)(qi)業(ye)、東(dong)陽(yang)市(shi)納稅百(bai)強企(qi)(qi)業(ye)、企(qi)(qi)業(ye)信用等(deng)級AAA級企(qi)(qi)業(ye)等(deng)稱(cheng)號(hao)。何總獲得全國(guo)誠(cheng)信建設先(xian)(xian)(xian)進(jin)人物(wu)、中(zhong)國(guo)建設行業(ye)百(bai)名管理(li)英才、金華市(shi)勞(lao)動(dong)模范、金華市(shi)優(you)秀(xiu)(xiu)社會(hui)主(zhu)義事(shi)業(ye)建設者、東(dong)陽(yang)市(shi)第二屆創(chuang)業(ye)企(qi)(qi)業(ye)家等(deng)榮(rong)(rong)譽(yu)。
(二)規避(bi)風(feng)險,全方位發展經營(ying)
去(qu)年(nian)年(nian)初,公(gong)(gong)司的經(jing)(jing)(jing)營(ying)(ying)形勢十分(fen)嚴(yan)峻,特別是經(jing)(jing)(jing)營(ying)(ying)區域(yu)(yu)大調(diao)(diao)整(zheng)之(zhi)后(hou),公(gong)(gong)司的經(jing)(jing)(jing)營(ying)(ying)戰略方位和(he)目(mu)標也(ye)要有(you)相應的大調(diao)(diao)整(zheng),壓(ya)力很大,年(nian)后(hou),何總(zong)再(zai)三在會上提(ti)出(chu)“危機(ji)感”。為了(le)擴張經(jing)(jing)(jing)營(ying)(ying),提(ti)升經(jing)(jing)(jing)營(ying)(ying)成果(guo),公(gong)(gong)司努力研(yan)(yan)究(jiu)提(ti)出(chu)經(jing)(jing)(jing)營(ying)(ying)新思路:其(qi)(qi)一、2007年(nian)我(wo)們(men)進一步規范基地管(guan)(guan)理(li),在調(diao)(diao)整(zheng)、鞏固原(yuan)有(you)經(jing)(jing)(jing)營(ying)(ying)基地基礎上,繼續加(jia)大重(zhong)點區域(yu)(yu)的管(guan)(guan)理(li)力度(du)和(he)基礎建(jian)設,同(tong)時充分(fen)調(diao)(diao)研(yan)(yan),搶占先機(ji),發展新基地,目(mu)前山東、河(he)北等(deng)新基地已見雛形并初顯商機(ji)。其(qi)(qi)二、規避風險,加(jia)強(qiang)經(jing)(jing)(jing)營(ying)(ying)管(guan)(guan)理(li),修訂《工程項(xiang)目(mu)論(lun)證意見書》,召(zhao)開(kai)項(xiang)目(mu)管(guan)(guan)理(li)經(jing)(jing)(jing)驗交(jiao)流(liu)會,開(kai)展生產經(jing)(jing)(jing)營(ying)(ying)大檢(jian)查。10月(yue)中(zhong)旬,公(gong)(gong)司召(zhao)開(kai)了(le)項(xiang)目(mu)管(guan)(guan)理(li)經(jing)(jing)(jing)驗交(jiao)流(liu)會,進一步認清形勢,強(qiang)化風險意識,強(qiang)化制(zhi)度(du),提(ti)高(gao)(gao)執行(xing)能力。其(qi)(qi)三、我(wo)們(men)積極做好自(zi)查、自(zi)糾工作,定期對經(jing)(jing)(jing)營(ying)(ying)、安(an)全生產工作進行(xing)總(zong)結,查找問題,不斷完善管(guan)(guan)理(li)措施。其(qi)(qi)四、加(jia)強(qiang)項(xiang)目(mu)經(jing)(jing)(jing)理(li)隊伍建(jian)設,挖(wa)掘(jue)高(gao)(gao)水(shui)平(ping)項(xiang)目(mu)經(jing)(jing)(jing)理(li),培養高(gao)(gao)素(su)質項(xiang)目(mu)管(guan)(guan)理(li)人(ren)才,完善建(jian)造師及各類技術人(ren)員管(guan)(guan)理(li)制(zhi)度(du)。其(qi)(qi)五、注重(zhong)合(he)同(tong)評(ping)審工作,有(you)效規避企業風險,提(ti)高(gao)(gao)承攬質量,從源(yuan)頭上抓利潤。
(三)領會精(jing)神,各項管理(li)同步推進
我(wo)們(men)根據(ju)控股公司的(de)總體部署和澤(ze)地集團(tuan)的(de)指(zhi)示精(jing)神,結合公司具體情況(kuang),扎實推進各項管(guan)理。
1、針(zhen)對1—5月份經營業績不太樂觀的嚴峻形勢(shi),面對凸顯的幾大問(wen)題和(he)困難(nan),何總幾次在會(hui)上提(ti)出增強危(wei)機意(yi)識,公(gong)司(si)經營班子審時度勢(shi),主(zhu)動進行對內審視(shi),尋找差距和(he)問(wen)題,并(bing)于6月中旬召(zhao)開公(gong)司(si)年中工(gong)作會(hui)議,召(zhao)集各分公(gong)司(si)經理一起,商討、研(yan)究新的工(gong)作措施和(he)下半年發展思路,研(yan)究對策,力爭下半年扭轉局面,實現(xian)規模效益(yi)雙豐收(shou)。事實證(zheng)明(ming),經過廣宏員工(gong)的共同付出和(he)不懈努力,下半年公(gong)司(si)經營趨勢(shi)大幅變(bian)好。
2、8月,我(wo)們在全公司(si)范(fan)圍內開展了“換思想、找差距、促發展”活動。一(yi)方面主動查找自身缺點,開展自我(wo)批(pi)評,強調責任意識和危機意識;另一(yi)方面認清形(xing)勢,樹立信(xin)心,大力(li)掀(xian)起廣(guang)宏(hong)公司(si)第二次創業高潮。
3、我們積極配(pei)合集團體(ti)制改革(ge),按照集團要(yao)求,對廣宏(hong)公(gong)司(si)股權進行變更(geng),將原先股東之一的廣廈(sha)控股投(tou)資(zi)有限公(gong)司(si),變更(geng)為安徽澤地投(tou)資(zi)有限公(gong)司(si)。
4、注(zhu)重(zhong)職教(jiao)(jiao)培訓(xun)工(gong)(gong)作。公司今年繼續(xu)狠(hen)抓職工(gong)(gong)教(jiao)(jiao)育和培訓(xun),深入貫(guan)徹落(luo)實“要以優化(hua)機制為契(qi)機,以培養、引進高(gao)職稱技(ji)術經營管理(li)人(ren)(ren)才(cai),具有豐富施工(gong)(gong)經驗(yan)的(de)一、二(er)級(ji)項目(mu)經理(li),具有操作性強的(de)高(gao)級(ji)技(ji)工(gong)(gong)“三高(gao)”人(ren)(ren)才(cai)為重(zhong)點(dian)”的(de)人(ren)(ren)力資源發展要求(qiu)。
2007年,公(gong)(gong)司以“崗位培(pei)訓(xun),提高素質”為主(zhu)線,積(ji)極主(zhu)動開展了多層次,寬領域的(de)(de)培(pei)訓(xun)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo),取得了引人注(zhu)目(mu)的(de)(de)成果。公(gong)(gong)司人力資源部門(men)制訂年度職(zhi)工(gong)教(jiao)育(yu)培(pei)訓(xun)計劃,開展各(ge)種形式(shi)(shi)的(de)(de)職(zhi)工(gong)教(jiao)育(yu)培(pei)訓(xun)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo),積(ji)極參加上級組(zu)織的(de)(de)各(ge)類(lei)培(pei)訓(xun)和(he)考(kao)核;公(gong)(gong)司機關定期(qi)組(zu)織學習會,即定于每周(zhou)六下午全體員工(gong)學習政策、業務和(he)基本技(ji)(ji)(ji)能(neng);結合勞務公(gong)(gong)司的(de)(de)勞務管理進行(xing)專項(xiang)技(ji)(ji)(ji)能(neng)操作(zuo)(zuo)培(pei)訓(xun),把培(pei)訓(xun)送到(dao)項(xiang)目(mu)部;舉(ju)行(xing)崗位技(ji)(ji)(ji)能(neng)競賽,選拔“精英”、“能(neng)手(shou)”,輸送到(dao)重點項(xiang)目(mu)部,并(bing)參加各(ge)式(shi)(shi)比武(wu),取得成績的(de)(de)給予表彰、鼓勵(li)以及重獎。
5、公(gong)司質量管理體(ti)系(xi)、環(huan)境(jing)與職(zhi)業(ye)健康安全管理體(ti)系(xi)順利通過復核,幾個(ge)體(ti)系(xi)的(de)實施,規范(fan)了各項業(ye)務的(de)工(gong)作程序(xu),明確了各部室、單(dan)位的(de)職(zhi)責(ze)權限,為(wei)推進企業(ye)管理的(de)規范(fan)化(hua)、標(biao)準化(hua)和程序(xu)化(hua),奠定(ding)了良好的(de)基礎。
6、歷年(nian)來公司都非常重視文明(ming)單(dan)位(wei)創建(jian)工作,公司被金(jin)華(hua)市(shi)(shi)文明(ming)委和(he)東(dong)陽(yang)市(shi)(shi)文明(ming)委命名為(wei)金(jin)華(hua)市(shi)(shi)文明(ming)單(dan)位(wei)、東(dong)陽(yang)市(shi)(shi)文明(ming)單(dan)位(wei)已(yi)分別進(jin)入了第(di)六年(nian)和(he)第(di)八年(nian),創建(jian)氛圍(wei)非常濃厚,創建(jian)成效顯而易見,十(shi)七(qi)大召(zhao)開以(yi)(yi)后,我們將(jiang)(jiang)以(yi)(yi)創建(jian)和(he)實現“四個文明(ming)”建(jian)設為(wei)創建(jian)文明(ming)單(dan)位(wei)主要(yao)工作內容,在今后的創建(jian)工作中將(jiang)(jiang)努力做到獨樹一幟,爭(zheng)取更上一層樓。
(四)加強防范(fan),安(an)全(quan)生產措施有力
二OO七年,公司狠抓了“宣傳教育培訓、責(ze)任制度落實、隱患排查整改(gai)、各(ge)項(xiang)專(zhuan)項(xiang)整治”等(deng)方面的安(an)全(quan)工作(zuo)。
1、完善安全(quan)(quan)生產(chan)目(mu)標管理(li)考核制度(du)(du),落實(shi)項目(mu)經理(li)責任,實(shi)行“外(wai)部(bu)合同-內部(bu)合同-責任狀”三層責任制度(du)(du);加大各(ge)部(bu)門、分公司、項目(mu)部(bu)監管力度(du)(du);建立安全(quan)(quan)生產(chan)應(ying)急預案,可有(you)效處置各(ge)類事故(gu)。
2、一(yi)批(pi)重大隱患得到消除。全年來,我們狠抓基層項(xiang)目(mu),堅持“預防為主、安全第(di)一(yi)”,按照“標本兼(jian)治(zhi),哪(na)(na)里有隱患就抓哪(na)(na)里”的工作方(fang)針,扎(zha)扎(zha)實(shi)實(shi)抓基礎。工程處、總工室、相應分(fen)公(gong)司定期不定期地(di)對(dui)在建工地(di)巡查,督促整改落實(shi),確保質量(liang),降低成本,提升效益。
(五)重視黨建、倡導(dao)文明,不斷提(ti)升企業(ye)文化氛圍
2007年,公司在提高公司的知名度和美譽度工作上取得了新的突破,有了更大的進步。我們積極做好對外宣傳和辦好《廣宏建設》內刊雜志,共在各大報紙雜志以及《廣廈報》等內部刊物上發表文章104篇,我們現在看廣廈報或廣廈內刊,基本每期都有我們廣宏的消息。去年年底開設了廣宏外網,將成為又一張對外展現廣宏現代企業形象的名信片。
過(guo)去的一年,我們開(kai)展(zhan)了豐富多彩的黨、工、婦、團(tuan)組織活動。
公(gong)(gong)司認真組織員(yuan)工學(xue)習(xi)十七(qi)大(da)公(gong)(gong)報和新(xin)修訂的(de)(de)(de)《中(zhong)國共產黨(dang)(dang)章(zhang)程》,要(yao)求(qiu)(qiu)(qiu)廣大(da)員(yuan)工不(bu)僅要(yao)了(le)解(jie)“十七(qi)大(da)”的(de)(de)(de)主要(yao)內容(rong)和重(zhong)大(da)改革,深刻領會胡(hu)錦(jin)濤總書記報告的(de)(de)(de)現(xian)實意(yi)義(yi)和歷(li)史意(yi)義(yi),還(huan)要(yao)將(jiang)學(xue)習(xi)與實際(ji)工作(zuo)聯(lian)系起(qi)來,與個人思(si)想(xiang)聯(lian)系起(qi)來,學(xue)以致用,并以此來指導工作(zuo),推進工作(zuo)。學(xue)習(xi)中(zhong)還(huan)要(yao)求(qiu)(qiu)(qiu)大(da)家要(yao)按科學(xue)發展(zhan)觀(guan)的(de)(de)(de)要(yao)求(qiu)(qiu)(qiu),緊密(mi)結合(he)公(gong)(gong)司機關(guan)開展(zhan)的(de)(de)(de)“換思(si)想(xiang),找差距,促發展(zhan)”活動,積極對(dui)照、尋找各(ge)(ge)自(zi)的(de)(de)(de)不(bu)足之處,迅速轉(zhuan)變觀(guan)念,調整思(si)路,以求(qiu)(qiu)(qiu)更飽(bao)滿(man)的(de)(de)(de)精神狀態投入下一(yi)(yi)階段工作(zuo),圓滿(man)完成(cheng)年初制定(ding)的(de)(de)(de)各(ge)(ge)項工作(zuo)任務,進一(yi)(yi)步推動公(gong)(gong)司的(de)(de)(de)發展(zhan)。重(zhong)點學(xue)習(xi)了(le)新(xin)黨(dang)(dang)章(zhang)中(zhong)的(de)(de)(de)總綱部分,通(tong)過集中(zhong)學(xue)習(xi),在全(quan)體黨(dang)(dang)員(yuan)中(zhong)掀(xian)起(qi)了(le)學(xue)習(xi)《黨(dang)(dang)章(zhang)》新(xin)高潮(chao),使大(da)家對(dui)黨(dang)(dang)的(de)(de)(de)章(zhang)程的(de)(de)(de)制定(ding)、修改以及黨(dang)(dang)的(de)(de)(de)指導思(si)想(xiang)等內容(rong)有(you)一(yi)(yi)個清晰的(de)(de)(de)、深刻的(de)(de)(de)認識(shi),提高了(le)黨(dang)(dang)員(yuan)的(de)(de)(de)行動自(zi)覺(jue)性,使全(quan)體黨(dang)(dang)員(yuan)能(neng)更好地學(xue)習(xi)、遵守、維護(hu)、貫徹新(xin)黨(dang)(dang)章(zhang)。
9月,通過公(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)工(gong)會(hui)會(hui)員民主(zhu)選舉,經上級批準成(cheng)立了13個(ge)下屬分公(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)工(gong)會(hui)分會(hui),加強了工(gong)會(hui)基層組織建(jian)設,團結、動員和組織職工(gong)積極參與公(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)的建(jian)設和管(guan)理,推進了公(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)的改革與發展,更好地維護職工(gong)的合(he)法利益和民主(zhu)權(quan)利。
為紀念中國(guo)共(gong)青團成(cheng)立85周年、“五四(si)”愛國(guo)主(zhu)(zhu)義(yi)青年運動(dong)88周年,公司(si)團總支于“五四(si)”節前后開(kai)展(zhan)了(le)以“我把青春(chun)獻(xian)給誰”為主(zhu)(zhu)題的(de)征(zheng)文活(huo)(huo)動(dong),征(zheng)文活(huo)(huo)動(dong)受到(dao)了(le)青年團員(yuan)的(de)熱烈響應,涌現一、二、三等(deng)獎及佳(jia)作獎11篇,公司(si)給獲獎人(ren)員(yuan)頒發了(le)獎金和榮(rong)譽(yu)證書(shu)。7月,兩名團員(yuan)參加了(le)由杭州(zhou)市團委主(zhu)(zhu)辦、廣廈(sha)(sha)建設(she)集團承辦的(de)“廣廈(sha)(sha)建設(she)杯青年安全生產(chan)管理知識競賽”,獲“杭州(zhou)市青年崗位能手(shou)”榮(rong)譽(yu)稱號。
緊張(zhang)而忙碌(liu)的(de)2007年(nian)剛剛過去,2007年(nian),在(zai)廣(guang)廈控(kong)股、澤地集(ji)團的(de)正確(que)領(ling)導下(xia)(xia),在(zai)何(he)總的(de)帶領(ling)下(xia)(xia),在(zai)公(gong)司所有(you)(you)同(tong)仁(ren)的(de)共(gong)同(tong)努力(li)下(xia)(xia),我(wo)們(men)廣(guang)宏(hong)取得了驕人的(de)成(cheng)績。在(zai)昨天廣(guang)廈08新春工作會議中,我(wo)們(men)廣(guang)宏(hong)公(gong)司被評為(wei)廣(guang)廈控(kong)股標(biao)(biao)兵(bing)企業(ye)及風險控(kong)制標(biao)(biao)兵(bing)企業(ye),這是對我(wo)們(men)工作的(de)肯定,也是鞭策,按何(he)總的(de)話就是做(zuo)得不夠好,這是控(kong)股給我(wo)們(men)的(de)鼓(gu)勵。在(zai)過去的(de)一年(nian)里,我(wo)們(men)廣(guang)宏(hong)的(de)所有(you)(you)員工可以說是和(he)公(gong)司風雨相(xiang)伴,榮辱與共(gong)。回首一年(nian)來的(de)工作,有(you)(you)創業(ye)的(de)艱辛(xin),更(geng)有(you)(you)收獲(huo)的(de)喜(xi)悅。
第二部分 工作(zuo)思路
今天(tian)到會的(de)(de)都是我(wo)們(men)(men)廣(guang)宏(hong)的(de)(de)各(ge)路精英(ying),因此(ci)今天(tian)的(de)(de)新春工(gong)作會議實際意義上算是我(wo)們(men)(men)廣(guang)宏(hong)內(nei)部的(de)(de)小型工(gong)作會議,既(ji)然是內(nei)部工(gong)作會議,那么我(wo)們(men)(men)就要打開天(tian)窗說亮話,該(gai)表揚的(de)(de)要表揚,該(gai)批評的(de)(de)要批評,該(gai)反思(si)的(de)(de)要反思(si),樹立企業發展(zhan)中(zhong)的(de)(de)危機感(gan)(gan)、緊迫感(gan)(gan)和責(ze)任感(gan)(gan)。下面,我(wo)就說一下去(qu)年工(gong)作中(zhong)凸(tu)顯的(de)(de)幾大問題(ti)以(yi)及(ji)2008年幾項工(gong)作重(zhong)點(dian)。
(一(yi))化大力氣做大做強經(jing)營基地
我(wo)(wo)們廣(guang)宏(hong)(hong)公(gong)(gong)司雖然(ran)已連續(xu)多(duo)年(nian)躋(ji)身東陽(yang)十強建筑企(qi)業(ye),但在(zai)分(fen)(fen)(fen)公(gong)(gong)司規(gui)模上(shang)與(yu)其(qi)他大(da)(da)企(qi)業(ye)相(xiang)比還存在(zai)一定的(de)落差(cha),目(mu)(mu)前我(wo)(wo)們大(da)(da)部分(fen)(fen)(fen)分(fen)(fen)(fen)公(gong)(gong)司規(gui)模都不(bu)上(shang)檔次,有些(xie)甚至屬于小打小鬧型,與(yu)廣(guang)宏(hong)(hong)壹(yi)級(ji)企(qi)業(ye)的(de)牌子不(bu)相(xiang)適應,中天(tian)一個(ge)(ge)項目(mu)(mu)部可以(yi)做到(dao)230萬m2,我(wo)(wo)們整(zheng)個(ge)(ge)公(gong)(gong)司還不(bu)如(ru)他一個(ge)(ge)項目(mu)(mu)部。廣(guang)廈經(jing)營區(qu)域(yu)大(da)(da)調整(zheng)后,我(wo)(wo)們又面臨經(jing)營區(qu)域(yu)的(de)“大(da)(da)洗(xi)牌”,諸多(duo)因素造成我(wo)(wo)們目(mu)(mu)前基(ji)地管(guan)理呈現責任不(bu)清、區(qu)域(yu)不(bu)明、低檔次、小規(gui)模的(de)局面。現在(zai)中天(tian)、三建、歌(ge)山、海天(tian)為東陽(yang)第一梯隊,廣(guang)宏(hong)(hong)到(dao)第五,但是后面的(de)東陽(yang)建工、廣(guang)揚、廣(guang)豐(feng)、橫店、華廈等企(qi)業(ye)和(he)(he)我(wo)(wo)們間距已經(jing)很小了(le),所以(yi)今年(nian)我(wo)(wo)們必須(xu)打一個(ge)(ge)翻身仗,讓(rang)廣(guang)宏(hong)(hong)在(zai)08年(nian)必須(xu)上(shang)一個(ge)(ge)新臺(tai)階,所以(yi)真的(de)希望大(da)(da)家一定要(yao)(yao)認(ren)清企(qi)業(ye)發(fa)展中的(de)危機感(gan)、緊(jin)迫感(gan)和(he)(he)責任感(gan)。剛才各(ge)個(ge)(ge)分(fen)(fen)(fen)公(gong)(gong)司經(jing)理基(ji)本上(shang)把08年(nian)新承接業(ye)務和(he)(he)完成產值的(de)目(mu)(mu)標講了(le),跟我(wo)(wo)們原先的(de)計(ji)劃有一定的(de)差(cha)距。所以(yi)對于各(ge)個(ge)(ge)分(fen)(fen)(fen)公(gong)(gong)司自(zi)行(xing)定的(de)計(ji)劃我(wo)(wo)們還要(yao)(yao)在(zai)3月份逐個(ge)(ge)地、仔細地進行(xing)再(zai)次落實(shi)。

近(jin)幾(ji)年(nian)應(ying)(ying)(ying)收款(kuan)額(e)度隨著(zhu)工(gong)(gong)程量(liang)的(de)增(zeng)加(jia)幾(ji)乎每(mei)年(nian)都在(zai)增(zeng)加(jia)。一是由于我(wo)們(men)廣宏跨(kua)越式發展,造(zao)成項目管(guan)理質量(liang)上的(de)一些(xie)小(xiao)的(de)漏洞,以致出(chu)現許多(duo)遺留(liu)賬款(kuan)問(wen)題,去年(nian)公(gong)(gong)司(si)訴(su)訟案(an)件較(jiao)多(duo);二是內(nei)部(bu)應(ying)(ying)(ying)收款(kuan)也(ye)占很大(da)一部(bu)分(fen),這也(ye)大(da)大(da)增(zeng)加(jia)了我(wo)們(men)公(gong)(gong)司(si)的(de)資金(jin)壓力(li)。去年(nian)我(wo)們(men)將清欠工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)作(zuo)為(wei)重中之重來抓,聯合(he)經(jing)營、財務、綜(zong)合(he)、法審成立清欠工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)領(ling)導小(xiao)組(zu),一方(fang)面清理歷史舊帳,一方(fang)面控(kong)制在(zai)建資金(jin),力(li)求逐年(nian)降低應(ying)(ying)(ying)收款(kuan)額(e)度。工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)做了很多(duo),但是收效不明顯。雖然清欠難度很大(da),但這項工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)還(huan)是要(yao)做,必須得做,所以希(xi)望有關分(fen)公(gong)(gong)司(si)、部(bu)門及(ji)人(ren)員就如何提高應(ying)(ying)(ying)收款(kuan)管(guan)理力(li)度,在(zai)今(jin)后的(de)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)中要(yao)多(duo)作(zuo)思考,多(duo)作(zuo)研(yan)究。

(六)規范企業勞(lao)動合同(tong)
08年1月新《勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)法(fa)》開始實(shi)(shi)施,我(wo)(wo)(wo)們的新的勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)合(he)同(tong)文本范本在(zai)征集了(le)(le)多方意見(jian)和內容后基本上(shang)(shang)已(yi)經出來了(le)(le),大體分為(wei)兩種,一(yi)個(ge)是勞(lao)(lao)(lao)務人(ren)(ren)員勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)合(he)同(tong)范本,另一(yi)個(ge)是管理(li)(li)人(ren)(ren)員勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)合(he)同(tong)范本。勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)法(fa)大家已(yi)經在(zai)學了(le)(le),報紙、電(dian)視等新聞媒體已(yi)經在(zai)宣傳了(le)(le),人(ren)(ren)力(li)資源部門要(yao)(yao)馬(ma)上(shang)(shang)著手開始新的勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)合(he)同(tong)簽訂工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo),要(yao)(yao)求所(suo)有勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)合(he)同(tong)簽訂必須要(yao)(yao)在(zai)3月底(di)前完成。很簡單一(yi)個(ge)道(dao)理(li)(li),我(wo)(wo)(wo)們可以(yi)跟(gen)(gen)(gen)他(ta)不簽,他(ta)也可以(yi)跟(gen)(gen)(gen)你不簽,但(dan)是只要(yao)(yao)明年年底(di)他(ta)到勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)部門一(yi)申訴或到法(fa)院(yuan)一(yi)告,他(ta)馬(ma)上(shang)(shang)就能得到雙倍(bei)的工(gong)(gong)資,我(wo)(wo)(wo)要(yao)(yao)是這(zhe)(zhe)(zhe)個(ge)聰明的員工(gong)(gong)的話我(wo)(wo)(wo)肯定不跟(gen)(gen)(gen)你簽合(he)同(tong),所(suo)以(yi)這(zhe)(zhe)(zhe)個(ge)我(wo)(wo)(wo)們必須抓緊落實(shi)(shi)。對于勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)合(he)同(tong)管理(li)(li),作(zuo)(zuo)為(wei)人(ren)(ren)力(li)資源處要(yao)(yao)落實(shi)(shi)專人(ren)(ren)管理(li)(li),作(zuo)(zuo)為(wei)各個(ge)分公司(si)要(yao)(yao)落實(shi)(shi)專人(ren)(ren)負責,分公司(si)辦公室要(yao)(yao)肩負起這(zhe)(zhe)(zhe)個(ge)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo),督促項目(mu)部做好這(zhe)(zhe)(zhe)項工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)。公司(si)勞(lao)(lao)(lao)動(dong)(dong)(dong)合(he)同(tong)范本也馬(ma)上(shang)(shang)會在(zai)廣宏(hong)內網上(shang)(shang)發布。
